This is not a role for a generic social media manager; we need a growth-engine driver who understands how to turn digital impressions into qualified B2B corporate leads and measurable revenue. What You'll Do Omni-Channel Lead Generation & Funnel Conversion: Omni-Channel Execution: Build cohesive user journeys across Search (Google Ads), Social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta), Email Automation, and Direct Channels to nurture leads from cold awareness to booking a discovery meeting. Inbound Engine Architecture: Design, launch, and manage end-to-end B2B lead generation campaigns that convert passive traffic into qualified sales inquiries for all EISS product lines. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously A/B test landing pages, ad copy, CTAs, and opt-in forms to minimize Cost Per Lead (CPL) and maximize Lead-to-Meeting conversion rates. Google Marketing & Technical SEO: SEO Strategy & Technical Health: Own Estrada’s organic visibility. Conduct keyword research, execute on-page/off-page SEO strategies, and fix technical site issues to rank EISS on Page 1 for high-value corporate HR terms. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, ensuring aggressive targeting for high-intent B2B keywords while optimizing ad spend efficiency. Campaign Management & Data Analytics: Performance Analytics: Track and report weekly/monthly funnel metrics—Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), organic traffic growth, and sales pipeline contribution. Campaign Lifecycle Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital campaigns from initial brief to final ROI reporting. Sales Synergy: Partner daily with the Business Development team to audit lead quality, adjust targeting parameters, and automate email/CRM lead routing. What We're Looking For Professional & Technical Strengths: Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Marketing, Computer Science, Mass Communication, or a related field.
