Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end execution of assigned EPCI projects. Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls activities. Manage contractors, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while effectively managing project changes. Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations. Monitor project performance and provide timely reports and recommendations to management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years’ relevant EPCI project management experience. PMP certification is required. Strong knowledge of project controls, contract management, project scheduling, and risk management. Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary project teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
