We are seeking a highly driven, ambitious, and results-oriented professional to join our team as an E-Mobility Operations Manager. The E-Mobility Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Company's electric mobility operations, ensuring the efficient deployment, availability, maintenance, and performance of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and related mobility services. Key Responsibilities: E-Mobility Operations Management: Ensure the efficient deployment, utilization, availability, and maintenance of e-mobility assets. Oversee the day-to-day operations of electric vehicles, charging stations, battery-swapping facilities, and other e-mobility assets, where applicable. Develop, implement, and manage effective operational processes for the Company's e-mobility and e-hailing cab business. Fleet & Asset Management: Ensure proper allocation, tracking, and management of e-mobility assets. Oversee the Company's electric vehicle fleet and related assets. Monitor vehicle utilization, availability, downtime, maintenance, and operating costs. Team Leadership & Management: Identify training and development needs within the team. Set clear objectives, responsibilities, and performance expectations for team members. Lead, supervise, and coordinate the e-mobility operations team. Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and support. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management: Serve as a primary operational contact for key accounts, managing relationships and service expectations. Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer support teams to optimize tooling, monitoring systems, and customer experience: Compliance, Safety & Risk Management: Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Ensure incidents, accidents, equipment faults, and safety concerns are properly documented and addressed. Develop and enforce appropriate health, safety, and operational standards across e-mobility activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Additional Key Responsibility: Manage and utilize e-hailing platforms for business and operational transportation needs. Monitor and coordinate e-hailing activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and reliable transportation services. Must be proficient in using e-hailing applications, including booking and coordinating rides, tracking trips, managing trip details, and navigating the platforms effectively. Maintain accurate records of e-hailing trips, expenses, and related operational activities. KPIs Reduction in vehicle and equipment downtime Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution rate Operational cost efficiency Team productivity and performance Successful and timely delivery of e-mobility projects Fleet maintenance and service compliance Revenue and business growth from e-mobility operations Vendor/service provider performance Charging station availability and uptime E-mobility fleet availability and utilization rate Qualifications Must have prior experience: in operations, electric mobility, automotive, renewable energy, or fleet management. Must have practical experience: using e-hailing applications/platforms, including the ability to book rides, track trips, manage trip information, and navigate basic app functionalities. HND/BSC in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any similar background. Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience: in this role or a similar role. Previous experience: working with ride-hailing platforms such as Uber or Bolt will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
