The ideal candidate should have sales experience, ERP knowledge, and strong Excel skills. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems. Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system records. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and procurement teams. Support the sales team with accurate stock availability information. Identify slow-moving, fast-moving, and excess inventory. Analyze stock data using VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic Excel formulas. Prepare inventory and stock reports. Ensure proper inventory documentation and control procedures. Requirements: Experience: using ERP systems. Sales experience: is required. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas. Possess a B.Sc. / HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field with 3 – 5 years of experience: in inventory, stock management, or a related role.
