Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Rotating Schedule Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Monitor and control access at estate gates and entry/exit points. Verify resident passes, visitor information, and vehicle details before granting access. Record and maintain accurate logs of visitors, vehicles, and security incidents Conduct routine foot patrols around the estate and its perimeter Remain alert and identify suspicious or unusual activities. Monitor and operate basic security and gate-control equipment Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and disturbances. Assist in managing fire outbreaks, medical emergencies, crowd control, and other emergencies. Enforce estate security rules and regulations Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with residents, visitors, and colleagues Report security breaches, incidents, and unusual occurrences to the appropriate supervisor Work assigned day and night shifts and maintain strict punctuality. Carry out other security-related duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum of an SSCE with a credit in English language Must be between 20 and 35 years old. Minimum height of 5 ft 8 inches (173 cm) for male candidates. Must be physically fit and able to stand and patrol for extended periods. Good eyesight and general physical fitness. Valid Nigerian identification such as a National ID Card, Driver’s Licence, or Voter’s Card. Must be able to provide two verifiable guarantors based in Lagos, preferably civil servants, community leaders, or established business owners. Must be willing to undergo background and medical checks. Clean criminal record is required. Ability to speak, read, and write English, and understand Nigerian Pidgin English.
