The role focuses on identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and aligning solutions to business outcomes before formal procurement or proposal activities begin. As an Early Engagement Sales Leader, you will be responsible for: Developing and managing a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities. Leading customer discovery and business value conversations. Connecting customer challenges to innovative solutions and services. Improving conversion rates from opportunity identification to qualified deals. Influencing account strategies and pursuit plans to maximize growth. Strengthening executive-level customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.
