Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition. Oversee recruitment and selection activities. Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, and competency frameworks. Lead employee onboarding and integration. Establish and manage performance management frameworks. Develop compensation, benefits: and reward strategies. Manage employee relations and workplace conflict resolution. Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives. Develop succession planning and talent management programmes. Oversee learning and development strategies. Develop and review HR policies and employee handbooks. Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment requirements. Lead disciplinary and grievance procedures. Develop HR analytics and workforce dashboards. Advise senior management on people-related decisions.
