Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure maximum uptime and reliability. Manage LAN/WAN environments, VPN connections, internet services, and wireless network infrastructure. Configure and maintain network security solutions, including firewalls, endpoint protection, access controls, and network monitoring tools. Perform regular network assessments, performance tuning, and capacity planning. Monitor server performance and support server administration tasks, including updates, patch management, and routine maintenance. Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures. Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with organizational IT policies and standards. Maintain and update network diagrams, configurations, inventories, and technical documentation. Manage user accounts, permissions, group policies, and access rights across systems and applications. Document test results, system issues, and resolutions for future reference. Support users during application rollouts and system upgrades. Conduct IT orientation and training sessions for staff on cybersecurity awareness, IT best practices, etc. Conduct Training on assigned Tech courses during coding bootcamps. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. 1+ years of experience: in network administration, systems administration, or IT infrastructure support. Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing/switching. Experience: with network devices such as Cisco, MikroTik, or similar technologies is an advantage. Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and backup solutions. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, firewall management, and endpoint security tools. Experience: with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and user support abilities. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, MCSA, or equivalent are an added advantage. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
