The Solynta Academy Teacher is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Solynta Academy school, ensuring that students have a safe, organised and positive learning environment. The teacher will oversee students learning via our online platform,facilities and parent communication, while ensuring that the Academy’s daily programme runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Centre Operations: Ensure classes, breaks and after-school activities run according to schedule. Monitor power, internet, computers and other equipment. Manage the day-to-day running of the micro school Ensure the school is clean, organised and ready for learning each day. Student Management: Monitor student attendance, behaviour and general wellbeing. Maintain a calm, respectful and disciplined learning environment. Ensure students are safe, well supervised and properly supported. Ensure students are actively participating in their learning. Parent Communication: Respond to parent questions and concerns promptly. Build positive relationships with parents and families. Serve as the main point of contact for parents at the centre. Provide regular updates on student progress and centre activities. Student Progress: Ensure students are progressing appropriately through their learning. Support the successful delivery of academic and technology projects. Identify students who may need additional support. Enrolment & Centre Growth: Support student onboarding and enrolment. Conduct school tours and explain the Solynta Academy experience. Represent Solynta Academy positively within the local community. Welcome prospective parents and students to the school What We Are Looking For Applicant must reside on Lagos Island. 3–5 years’ experience: in teaching Comfortable using computers, digital learning platforms and AI tools. Experience: managing teachers or a team is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to solve problems quickly and take initiative. Strong leadership and organisational skills. N160,000 / Month.
