The Head of Supply Chain Management is expected to own and lead the Micro Enterprise-10 as a commercially accountable Supply Chain Management business: consolidate Group demand into negotiating leverage; assure compliant, competitive and timely sourcing; guarantee OTIF material and service delivery to projects; optimize inventory and logistics; maintain customs and Nigerian-content compliance; develop strategic vendors and OEM relationships; and build a profitable industrial trading and distribution portfolio. The role is accountable for the SCM P&L, service levels, controls, capability, risk and measurable value delivered to every Micro-Enterprise. Relevant project-management, contract-management, customs/trade, HSE or quality certifications are advantageous. Minimum 10–15 years' progressive supply-chain/procurement experience: in EPCIC, oil & gas, construction, industrial or comparable asset-intensive sectors. At least 3 years in a leadership role with accountability for multidisciplinary procurement/supply-chain teams. Demonstrated personal leadership of high-value negotiations and awards, with a credible and auditable savings/value track record. Strong Nigerian import, customs, freight and trade-compliance experience: is essential. Demonstrated experience: in project procurement, expediting and long-lead equipment delivery. Experience: with warehousing, inventory optimization and materials management is required. Experience: managing strategic suppliers, OEMs, framework agreements and supplier-performance programs. Trading, distributorship or commercial P&L experience: is a strong advantage. Experience: supporting multiple projects/business units in a matrixed environment is highly desirable.
