You will drive revenue by contacting potential and existing customers via phone to sell the company’s products. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, qualify leads, upsell, and maintain customer databases. Key Responsibilities: Outbound / Inbound Sales: Contact prospects, sell products, and process orders. Sales Generation: Use persuasive techniques and the company’s sales scripts to close sales or follow up on leads. Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Database Management: Maintain accurate customer information and sales records. Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and KPIs. Follow-Up: Follow up on potential leads and maintain client relationships to increase loyalty.
