Lead corporate finance, treasury, and funding activities. Support debt financing and capital-raising initiatives. Ensure compliance, financial governance, and effective risk management. Evaluate investments, capital projects, acquisitions, and partnerships. Develop financial models, forecasts, and strategic business analyses. Requirements: Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis. 8–12 years of experience: in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Financial Management. Experience: in manufacturing or import-dependent industries is an advantage. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
