You will drive feasibility assessments, support presales engagements, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to regulatory and client quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Execution: Ensure compliance with NCC guidelines and relevant industry standards. Manage network inventory, audits, and records for accurate planning and reporting. Track project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate risks with mitigation plans. Plan, schedule, budget, and execute ISP and carrier-grade network infrastructure projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Customer Service) and external partners (vendors, contractors, regulators). Oversee acceptance testing, commissioning, and seamless project handover. Feasibility & Planning: Review site surveys, network designs, technical viability, and cost–benefit analyses. Assess regulatory, financial, and operational risks before project initiation. Conduct feasibility studies for new rollouts, expansions, and service provisioning. Develop project proposals, timelines, and resource plans based on feasibility outcomes. Presales Support: Provide technical input during bid/tender preparation and client presentations. Develop technical proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines for prospective clients. Participate in solution design discussions and translate customer needs into actionable deliverables. Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to validate customer requirements. Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure contractual obligations are met and manage change requests effectively. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and updates. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Provide management with dashboards, financial tracking, and project performance reports. Document lessons learned and integrate improvements into future project cycles. Track KPIs including delivery timelines, cost adherence, and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum of 5 years’ technical experience: in the telecom industry, including network engineering, network design, or similar roles. Required Certification: PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner. Advantageous Certifications: Agile/Scrum certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM). CCNP Service Provider or equivalent IP/MPLS certification. ITIL Foundation. Health & Safety certifications (NEBOSH or equivalent). Optical/transport networking certifications (Nokia NRS I/II, SRC; Huawei HCIA/HCIP-Transmission; Ciena; Infinera). Certified Fiber Optic Technician / OTDR & fibre testing certifications (CFOT, ETA). Experience: & Technical Skills: Understanding of network synchronisation, performance monitoring, and ITU‑T standards. Experience: with QA auditing/testing and managing network risk registers. Ability to plan, design, and oversee implementation of fibre, ROADM/DWDM (10G–800G), OTN, SDH, and DCN networks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Hands-on experience: with transmission equipment from Nokia, Tejas, Huawei, Ciena, Infinera, ADVA, etc. Proven ability to develop and communicate network plans to C‑suite stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong optical networking experience: OTDR, link budget calculations, fibre types, testing.
