Support setting out, site preparation, and measurement activities as directed by supervisors. Ensure workmanship meets required quality standards and rectify defects when identified. Assist engineers and supervisors in achieving daily and weekly construction targets. Use materials efficiently and minimize wastage on site. Carry out construction activities such as block laying, concreting, plastering, tiling, and other building works as assigned. Report site challenges, delays, or material shortages to the Site Supervisor immediately Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition and report faults promptly. Follow all site safety procedures and use required protective equipment at all times. Essential Requirements: ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 awareness training (Required). Experience: working within ISO-compliant systems is desirable. 8–11 years’ experience: in building construction and site supervision. Bachelor’s Degree in Building technology, Civil Engineering, or related field. Must be CORBON certified Strong knowledge of building codes, regulatory standards, planning regulations, and construction methodologies. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
