Understand customer needs and deliver value-driven milling solutions using Bühler's technologies and services. Manage the full sales cycle from business development to contract closure and handover. Prepare proposals, tenders, commercial offers, and business cases in collaboration with internal teams. Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Bühler's Milling Solutions across West Africa. Lead commercial negotiations and secure profitable business agreements. Drive new business opportunities, grow strategic accounts, and build a sustainable sales pipeline. Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships while monitoring market and competitor trends. Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently across West Africa. Minimum 8 years of experience: in sales, business development, or key account management within industrial equipment, food or grain processing, or a related industry. Fluent in English; French or regional language skills are an advantage. Proven success in solution selling, strategic account management, contract negotiation, and new business development.
