The candidate will equally manage vendor relationships and negotiations for costefficiency. The Senior Procurement Officer is required to lead procurement planning, sourcing and contract management. He will also be saddled with ensuring compliance with Public Procurement Act and the organizational policies of the Polytechnic. Qualifications The candidate should have a good Bachelor Degree (minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, or any other relevant discipline with at least six (6) years post-qualification cognate work experience: in the Procurement Department of a tertiary institution. Strong knowledge of e-procurement system und budgeting will be an advantage. The preferred candidate should have experience: in procurement matters in tertiary institution.
