The ideal candidate will support the organization\'s people strategy while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour regulations. Process leave administration and support payroll-related HR activities. Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management. Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience: in a Human Resources role. Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is an advantage.
