We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: NYSC HR Intern Location: Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NYSC HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience: in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate must still be actively serving and have a minimum of 10 months remaining in their NYSC program, as well as reside within close proximity to Lekki Phase 1. Key Responsibilities: Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate when necessary Ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination Provide administrative support to the HR team Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and events Requirements: Currently enrolled in the NYSC program with at least 10-11 months remaining High level of professionalism and integrity.
