Read more about this company Mechanical Technical Personnel Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND , Vocational Experience: 2 - 5 years Location Ogun Job Field Engineering / Technical Key Responsibilities: Machine Maintenance: Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on extrusion, printing, lamination, and converting equipment. Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions quickly during active production shifts. Parts Replacement: Swap out worn or broken components like bearings, seals, gears, rollers, and belts. Calibration & Adjustment: Adjust machine settings to optimize tension control, sealing temperatures, and cutting accuracy. Documentation: Log all repair activities, equipment performance metrics, and parts usage in maintenance logs or CMMS software. Safety & Compliance: Follow factory safety rules, use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and keep the work area clean. Job Requirements: & Skills Education: Trade Test Certificate, OND, HND, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience, preferably within a flexible packaging or high-speed manufacturing plant. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, power transmission, and mechanical assembly.
