The Project Manager will oversee the planning, development, execution, and completion of real estate projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered within approved budgets, timelines, quality standards, and specifications. The role will coordinate construction teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments while providing management with accurate updates on project progress, risks, costs, and deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Establish and monitor project KPIs for contractors, consultants, and project teams. Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs, specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate procurement and timely availability of construction materials, equipment, and other project resources. Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings. Supervise and monitor construction activities across project sites. Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for Executive Management. Provide management with recommendations on project risks, costs, timelines, resource requirements, and strategic decisions. Liaise with relevant government authorities and regulatory bodies where required. Plan and manage real estate development projects from concept/planning stage through construction and final handover. Review contractor performance, work programmes, valuations, variations, and deliverables. Identify opportunities to improve construction efficiency, reduce project costs, and optimise project delivery. Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, approvals, contracts, schedules, reports, and completion records. Develop project schedules, budgets, milestones, work plans, and delivery timelines. Track project progress against approved scope, budget, quality and timelines. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company standards across project sites. Coordinate project testing, snagging, commissioning, completion, and handover. Monitor project expenditure and ensure effective cost control. Identify project delays, risks, defects, cost overruns, and resource gaps and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams. Ensure proper documentation and handover of completed units, infrastructure, and facilities. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, or another relevant discipline. PMP, PRINCE2, RICS, COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, NIQS, or other relevant professional certification is an added advantage, depending on professional background. A Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate Development, or an MBA is an added advantage. Proven experience: managing projects from planning and mobilisation through construction and completion. Experience: preparing project budgets, BOQs, work programmes, progress reports, valuations, and project dashboards. Experience: managing project variations, defects, delays, claims, and contractor performance. Demonstrable experience: managing contractors, consultants, site teams, budgets, materials, and project schedules. Minimum of 5 years' experience: in real estate development, construction, infrastructure, or property development projects. Proven track record of delivering projects within approved cost, quality, scope, and timeline. Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 10 years' relevant experience: in project management. Experience: delivering residential estates, commercial developments, infrastructure, roads, drainage, utilities, or related real estate projects is highly desirable.
