To lead effectively in the FMCG sector, you must understand our consumers and partners firsthand. Role Overview & Responsibilities: As a sales trainee, you will represent the business in the assigned territory, working closely with distributors, wholesalers, golden outlets, neighbourhood stores and retail outlets to drive product availability, visibility, and sales performance. Responsibilities: Your day-to-day responsibilities: will involve: Managing and supporting distributor and field sales teams Coaching and supporting sales representatives in the field Conducting daily field visits and structured performance reviews Using digital sales tools to monitor execution and performance. Driving territory sales performance across the assigned territory Tracking competitor activity and market trends Ensuring product availability, visibility, and distribution coverage Work Schedule & Environment: Work Style: Field activities may start as early as 7:30 AM, and approximately 80% - 90% of your work week will be spent within your assigned territory rather than behind a desk. Work Days: Monday through Friday (with occasional Saturday requirements).
