You're responsible for technician productivity, equipment use, and workflow. Lead, supervise, and develop technicians and workshop personnel. Allocate work efficiently to maximise productivity and minimise turnaround time. Monitor workshop performance and technician productivity. Ensure repairs and maintenance meet manufacturer and company quality standards. Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and quality control.
