Key Responsibilities: HNI Relationship Management: Follow up on client requests, policy requirements, renewals, and service issues. Understand client financial protection needs and support the delivery of appropriate insurance solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HNI client interactions and opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective HNI customers. Support the acquisition and management of High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients. Partnerships & Business Development: Identify potential partnership opportunities with financial institutions, professional networks, corporate organizations, and other relevant channels. Maintain regular communication with existing partners and monitor partnership activities. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business materials for prospective partners. Support the development and execution of partnership initiatives that generate new business. Support relationship-building activities with key business stakeholders. Sales & Revenue Support: Support the conversion of qualified prospects into profitable business opportunities. Contribute to achieving agreed sales and revenue targets. Track sales opportunities, follow-ups, and conversion progress. Generate leads through referrals, partnerships, networking, and targeted business development activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions to clients and partners. Client Service & Reporting: Prepare regular reports on HNI activities, partnership opportunities, sales pipeline, and business performance.
