Responsibilities: Adhere strictly to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies. Plan efficient routes to avoid traffic delays and ensure prompt arrival at destinations. Ensure all vehicle documents, licenses, and insurance are valid and up to date. Support the delivery and collection of official documents or items when required. Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and promptly report maintenance issues or repairs. Safely transport executives, staff, clients, and official visitors as assigned. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while adhering to scheduled appointments. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and courtesy while representing the company. Conduct routine inspections of assigned vehicles and ensure they are always clean and roadworthy. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Safe driving record and compliance with traffic regulations. Timeliness and punctuality. Fuel usage and vehicle care efficiency. Accuracy of vehicle logs and documentation. Executive and stakeholder satisfaction. Attendance and reliability. Vehicle cleanliness and maintenance standards. Requirements: Minimum of SSCE or its equivalent. Ability to use GPS navigation and route planning applications.
