Identify companies that could benefit from Techvora’s IT services. Research and engage relevant decision-makers, including founders, directors, operations managers, IT managers and procurement leaders. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, telephone prospecting, referrals, networking and strategic partnerships. Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ business needs, technology challenges, budgets and decision-making processes. Present Techvora’s managed IT, Microsoft cloud, cybersecurity, consulting and staffing solutions. Prepare professional proposals, quotations, presentations and service agreements. Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to contract signature. Negotiate commercially viable terms while protecting the company’s margins. Maintain accurate prospect, pipeline and activity records in the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and properly scoped. Build relationships with technology partners, referral partners and other potential sales channels. Monitor competitors, pricing trends and customer requirements: across the target markets. Provide weekly pipeline reports, forecasts and updates to management. Support client onboarding and maintain relationships that encourage renewals, referrals and additional sales. Requirements: At least three years of successful B2B sales or business-development experience. Demonstrable experience: selling technology services, managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, IT consulting or IT staffing. Experience: prospecting or selling to companies in the UK or Europe. Evidence of personally generating leads, managing sales opportunities and closing contracts. Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling. Excellent spoken and written English, German is a plus.
