Provide day-to-day project management oversight across all active workstreams, tracking progress against Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and agreed milestones. Monitor and drive user adoption of deployed solutions, using measurable evidence (e.g., platform usage/dashboard data) to track outcomes. Project Governance, Risk and Compliance: Identify, log, and proactively manage project risks and issues, escalating unresolved matters through the appropriate reporting line in a timely manner. Ensure project delivery complies with relevant Nigerian regulatory and public-sector requirements: (e.g., data protection/NDPR obligations, procurement guidelines, and PPP contractual frameworks) as applicable to the project. Maintain project governance documentation — status reports, minutes, risk registers, requirements: traceability matrices, and change logs. Ensure quality assurance processes are followed prior to each project gate or sign-off. Team Leadership and Resource Management: Lead, coordinate, and motivate cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and any partner/vendor resources. Allocate resources effectively across concurrent projects, balancing technical capacity against delivery timelines. Support recruitment, onboarding, and capability development of project team members as needed. Reporting: Provide regular (typically weekly) written project status reports to management, flagging risks to project deadlines immediately upon identification.
