The ideal candidate will work closely with department heads to ensure smooth operations, maintain service quality, and guarantee guest satisfaction. We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our hotel departments. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit operational reports, including occupancy rates, guest feedback, and departmental performance. Work closely with the General Manager to implement operational strategies and meet hotel performance goals. Conduct daily inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards. Assist in scheduling staff shifts, monitoring attendance, and maintaining productivity across departments. Promote teamwork and communication between departments to enhance operational efficiency. Support recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure consistent service quality. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods and services. Supervise and coordinate the activities of key hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
