Product Development & Innovation: Conceptualize, launch, and scale digital financial products (loans, savings, wallets, bill payments, transfers) in collaboration with the Technology & Engineering team. Channels & Agency Banking Management: Oversee the uptime, security, and performance of USSD, Mobile App, and Internet Banking. Supervise agent network acquisition, onboarding, training, and fraud prevention. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks: Lead the team handling failed transactions, NIP reversals, and card/POS chargebacks, ensuring strict adherence to CBN regulatory timelines (e.g., 72-hour SLA). Partnerships & Ecosystem Integration: Build strategic alliances with fintechs, aggregators, payment processors, and switches (NIBSS, Interswitch) to advance open banking models.
