The successful candidate will handle travel bookings, reservations, visa applications, client documentation, and support the development of travel packages and destination offerings. Key Responsibilities: Manage client bookings, reservations, and visa documentation. Review and verify passports, forms, visas, and supporting documents. Track submission deadlines, appointments, and application updates. Assist clients with travel forms and documentation requirements. Research destinations, conferences, visa opportunities, and travel packages. Stay updated on visa rules, travel advisories, and travel requirements. Work with the sales, finance, and customer service teams. Communicate effectively while working remotely and in-office when required.
