We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Inventory Manager - Electronics Retail Location: Lekki/Ikoyi, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Manager to oversee stock management across the company's operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, proper stock movement, timely stock counts, and effective control of inventory losses and discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of all stock received, sold, transferred, returned, or damaged. Ensure proper storage and organisation of products. Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions. Perform other duties assigned by Management. Support inventory audits and other stock-related activities. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records. Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports for Management. Implement measures to reduce stock losses, theft, damages, and revenue leakage. Monitor stock levels across branches and ensure timely replenishment. Work with the Accountant and Branch Managers to reconcile inventory and sales records. Track and document inter-branch stock transfers. Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete products. Receive and verify products against invoices and delivery documents. Identify and investigate stock shortages, excesses, damages, and discrepancies. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Reduction in damaged, lost, and obsolete stock. Proper documentation of inventory transactions. Compliance with inventory procedures and controls. Accuracy of stock transfers and adjustments. Timely completion of stock counts and reports. Inventory record accuracy. Reduction in stock shortages and unexplained variances. Requirements: High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems. Experience: in electronics or multi-branch retail is an advantage. Good knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation. 2–3 years of experience: in inventory, stock control, warehouse, or retail operations. Strong numerical, organisational, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Salary N150,000 Monthly.
