Assist in the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of commercial real estate and infrastructure projects. Review architectural, structural, and engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports for compliance and quality. Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular updates and recommendations. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, engineering standards, industry codes, and health and safety requirements. Conduct technical analyses, feasibility assessments, and risk evaluations to support decision-making. Participate in project meetings, prepare minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution. Support procurement activities by reviewing technical submissions and evaluating contractor performance. Assist in resolving technical issues that may arise during project execution. Prepare presentations, reports, project dashboards, and executive briefs for management. Perform other technical and strategic assignments as may be required by the Chief Development Officer. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in C i vil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related discipline. Minimum of 5–6 years' relevant experience in commercial real estate development, construction, or project management. Demonstrated experience supporting complex construction or development projects from concept through completion. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project delivery processes, and facility maintenance. Sound knowledge of relevant building regulations, engineering standards, and industry codes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar applications is an added advantage. Familiarity with AutoCAD and the ability to interpret technical drawings will be an added advantage. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
