Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Senior level Experience: Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Contract - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Curriculum & Training: Develop and refine the 8-week curriculum, lesson plans, and practical exercises. Deliver daily training sessions, Monday to Friday, including demonstrations and practical coaching. Conduct workshops on Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and advanced editing tools. Production & Supervision Guide participants during TAC productions and assign production roles across the team. Supervise camera operations (DSLR, mirrorless, and PTZ cameras), lighting, and audio. Review recorded materials and trainee-edited content for quality, completeness, and adherence to professional standards. Assessment & Mentorship Monitor participant progress, attendance, engagement, and evaluate practical assignments. Provide structured feedback, career mentorship, and guidance on freelance and employment opportunities. Equipment & Facility Management: Bring required professional equipment (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting, audio equipment, and storage- devices) for training and demonstrations.
