The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, revenue optimization, and ensuring the hospital's financial sustainability. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive healthcare finance knowledge, and a proven track record of driving financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization. Develop and implement the hospital's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
