Read more about this company Executive Assistant Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA Experience: 3 - 6 years Location Lagos Job Field Administration / Facilities Job Summary The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer by providing high-level administrative, operational, and executive support. The role is responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating strategic initiatives, facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational ability, discretion, business acumen, and the capacity to anticipate executive needs while maintaining efficiency in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Executive Calendar and Schedule Management Travel, Logistics and Itinerary Coordination Executive Correspondence and Communication Management Board and Executive Committee Meeting Coordination Preparation of Reports, Presentations and Executive Briefing Materials Stakeholder and Investor Relations Support Strategic Project Coordination and Follow-up Action Tracker and Performance Monitoring Office Administration and Executive Record Management Research, Data Analysis and Business Intelligence Support Event Planning and Executive Engagement Coordination Confidential Information Management Process Improvement and Administrative Efficiency Other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer Required Education/ Professional Qualification Education: B.sc in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Social Sciences, Law, or any related discipline.
