The Managing Director will provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the firm’s asset management operations. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion. Develop and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy. Investment & Portfolio Management: Oversee asset allocation, portfolio performance, and risk management. Implement investment strategies to maximize returns for clients. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with SEC regulations and corporate governance standards. o Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations. Business Development: Drive client acquisition and retention strategies. Build and maintain relationships with investors, clients, and key stakeholders. Operational Excellence: Lead and mentor senior management and investment teams. Foster a culture of innovation, integrity, and performance.
