We are seeking a connected, strategic Ecosystem Manager to oversee and expand the startup and SME development network surrounding our training centre. In this role, you will build the bridge between our classroom environment and the broader business landscape, connect You will hold key accountability for the post-training ecosystem journey, ensuring our participants transition smoothly from learning to real-world venture growth, market access, and capital readiness. ing founders directly with mentors, industry experts, hub partners, corporate sponsors, and funding opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Ecosystem Mapping & Strategic Partnerships: Establish formal resource-sharing MOUs with external hubs, co-working spaces, and technical service providers to give program participants extended growth support. Identify, build, and nurture relationships across the Nigerian innovation ecosystem—including tech hubs, incubators, accelerators, venture builders, and SME associations. Represent the training centre at high-profile ecosystem events, founder panels, and industry roundtables. Mentor & Industry Expert Network Management: Match founders with dedicated mentors based on business sector, growth stage, and specific operational bottlenecks. Design and host regular office hours, expert clinics, and masterclass sessions driven by external network partners. Recruit, onboard, and engage an active network of vetted mentors, advisors, and corporate leaders. Funding Pipelines & Market Access: Map local and international funding opportunities (grants, angel networks, seed funds, and debt providers) relevant to early-stage founders and SMEs. Facilitate corporate pilot projects and commercial opportunities between enterprise partners and alumni ventures. Prepare and connect investment-ready graduates directly to capital partners, pitch competitions, and angel networks. Qualifications and Skills: Deal Structuring & Relationship Building: Proven ability to structure win-win ecosystem partnerships, negotiate sponsorship terms, and keep enterprise stakeholders engaged. Experience: 3-5 years of experience: in ecosystem management, startup incubation, venture building, or strategic partnerships within Nigeria's startup/SME landscape. Pre-Existing Network: Active relationships with hub managers, investors, corporate innovation teams, and industry bodies across Lagos, Abuja, or regional tech centers. Benefits: Allowances: Monthly executive transport/fuel allowance (₦30,000) for local ecosystem visits, plus a monthly data/airtime package (₦25,000).
