This role is pivotal in fostering a high-performance culture, managing talent, and overseeing administrative operations to support the company’s diverse activities across petroleum, waste management, and marine services. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Maintain positive labor relations, manage grievances, and ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and union agreements. Performance Management: Design and manage appraisal systems to drive productivity and accountability across technical and administrative teams. Training & Development: Implement training programs on safety, compliance, pollution control, and leadership development. Administrative Oversight: Supervise office administration, logistics, haulage support, and marine service coordination. Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive salary structures and welfare programs tailored to oil & gas and environmental consultancy sectors. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Collaborate with HSE teams to embed safety culture across petroleum marketing, waste management, and marine operations. Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements: (DPR, NESREA, NIMASA, and other relevant agencies).
