This role sits at the intersection of people management and business operations — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail/fashion environment and can balance HR responsibilities: with day-to-day operational execution. Key Responsibilities| HR Functions: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for store and back-office staff Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management Support performance management and staff development initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Address employee relations issues and foster a positive work culture. Operations Functions: Oversee daily store/warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow Manage inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and supply coordination Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners Support process improvement across production, sales, and distribution Monitor operational costs and support budget adherence Assist in implementing SOPs to improve efficiency across departments. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields 2 - 4 years of experience: in HR and/or operations, preferably in retail, fashion, or FMCG Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Knowledge of Nigerian labor law is an advantage SHRM/CIPM certification is a plus but not required.
