The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, HR advisory, employee engagement, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional handling of client and employee information. Support employee engagement, onboarding, performance management and workplace culture initiatives. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate coordination. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Support HR consulting and advisory projects, including HR policies, employee documentation and HR processes. Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers and other relevant documentation. Participate in client meetings and provide timely updates on assignments. Requirements: Strong hands-on recruitment experience: is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills. Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
