Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Develop corporate accounts and relationships with companies, executives, organisations and high-value clients. Generate sales through private dining, group reservations, celebrations, corporate dinners, events and special occasions. Develop a strong sales pipeline and actively pursue new business opportunities.
