The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with figures and stock records, and able to identify discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years' experience: in internal audit, internal control, inventory control, accounting, or a similar role. Experience: in manufacturing, furniture, construction, retail, or a related industry is an advantage. Good knowledge of inventory management, procurement, accounting controls, and reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability. Good communication and reporting skills.
