Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, and other facilities. Support management in planning and executing facility improvement projects. Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and facility inspections. Supervise artisans, technicians, and external contractors when necessary. Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing, water supply, and other utility systems. Conduct routine inspections and ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Monitor facility-related expenses and recommend cost-effective solutions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Coordinate repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance activities. Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and operational issues. Requirements: Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance tasks effectively. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving, organizational, and supervisory skills. Minimum of HND, B.Sc., or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Technology, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
