The role drives operational excellence through effective management of assets, vendors, fleet operations, inventory, and event support while ensuring cost efficiency, service quality, compliance, and business continuity Job Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and optimal utilization of office facilities, utilities, and physical assets. Ensure a safe, functional, and conducive work environment. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Monitor asset lifecycle management ,utilization, and records. Procurement and Vendor Management: Coordinate procurement activities in line with approved policies and procedures. Manage vendor selection, performance evaluation, and contract administration. Ensure value-for-money procurement and cost optimization. Maintain effective relationships with key service providers and suppliers. Fleet, Logistics and Protocol Management: Oversee fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, utilization, and compliance. Coordinate transportation, logistics, protocol, and travel support services. Ensure efficient deployment of vehicles and drivers to support business operations. Monitor service quality and operational efficiency. Store and Inventory Management: Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and replenishment processes. Ensure proper custody, tracking, and accountability of organizational assets and consumables. Maintain accurate inventory records and periodic stock reconciliations. Minimize wastage and optimize inventory levels. Business Support for Event Engagements: Coordinate administrative and logistics support for training programmes, conferences, workshops, and corporate events. Ensure timely availability of facilities, materials, vendors, and support services. Support seamless execution of internal and external business engagements. Monitor service delivery standards and participant experience.
