We are seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Lead to drive HR operations and support business growth. The successful candidate will primarily support Awka Millennium City while providing HR support on selected initiatives across the wider business. Key Responsibilities: Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals. Foster employee engagement and manage employee relations. Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning across business functions. Utilize HR data and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making. Manage end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar roles, particularly within construction and technical operations. Coordinate learning and development initiatives to build organizational capability. Support HR initiatives across other business entities as required. Drive performance management and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Oversee HR operations, policy implementation, and statutory compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: partnering with leadership to support operational and business goals. Ability to leverage HR data to drive business decisions and process improvements. 6–8 years of progressive HR experience: across multiple HR functions. Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, and performance management. Proven HR experience: within the real estate, engineering, or construction sector.
