Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer networking, internet connectivity and network troubleshooting. Minimum of three years’ experience: in IT support, network administration or a similar role. Job Responsibilities: (in Summary) Replace computer hardware when required. Install and configure of computer hardware and software. Work with the service provider to ensure optimal and reliable service. Ensure that computer system and network run smoothly. Provide internet access to new employees during on-boarding.
