The Finance Intern will provide hands-on support to the Finance team in daily accounting and finance operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience: in financial reporting, analysis, reconciliations, and other key aspects of financial management within a fast-paced fintech environment. Primary Responsibilties Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including journal entries and supporting schedules. Assist in compliance checks and documentation for internal and external audits. Conduct basic financial analysis as requested by team members. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance team. Support the team in data entry, filing, and other administrative finance tasks. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations. Participate in preparing management reports and financial statements. Help in reviewing and processing expense reports, vendor invoices, and payments. Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting softwares Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
