Responsibilities: Provide precise feedback to improve AI model performance. Evaluate AI-generated responses and determine whether outputs accurately reflect the provided content. Identify errors, inconsistencies and omissions in AI-generated outputs. Identify, classify and label actions, objects, interactions and events within video content. Escalate ambiguous or complex cases appropriately. Maintain consistency and accuracy across large volumes of annotation tasks. Review and annotate short video clips using detailed annotation guidelines. Apply prompts accurately to assigned video and data tasks. Timestamp specific events and activities within video clips. Requirements: Excellent attention to detail and ability to make consistent judgments. Strong understanding of prompts and how AI systems interpret instructions. Ability to work independently and meet quality and productivity targets. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for remote work. Previous experience: in AI training, data annotation, AI evaluation, RLHF, model evaluation or a related field. Ability to interpret and apply detailed guidelines accurately. Experience: with video, image, text or multimodal data annotation is highly desirable. Demonstrable experience: reviewing and evaluating AI-generated content. Strong written and spoken English.
