Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Provide legal support and advice on real estate transactions, property acquisitions, sales, leases, and other property-related matters. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, leases, deeds, and other legal documents. Conduct legal due diligence on properties, including title verification, searches, and review of relevant property documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements: relating to real estate operations. Liaise with external solicitors, government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders on legal matters. Provide general legal and corporate support to various departments as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Legal/Management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in law (LL. B) from a recognised institution. Must be called to the Nigerian Bar and possess a valid practising certificate. 3-7 years of post-call experience, preferably within a real estate, property development, construction, or related environment.
