Due to expansion, they need a Treasury and Investment Manager Job Objectives: The Treasury and Investment Manager will play a key role in the Company’s treasury, liquidity, banking, and investment-management activities, ensuring the business has the funding, controls, and financial insight required to support growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, working-capital optimization, investment evaluation, and support for the Company’s wider capital-allocation agenda. Job Responsibilities: Manage daily cash positioning, cash-flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working-capital requirements: for operational and strategic needs. Develop and maintain short-, mediumand long-term cash-flow forecasts. Identify opportunities to improve cash conversion, reduce idle cash, and optimize the use of available funds. Support the development and implementation of treasury policies and cash-management controls. Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and other funding partners. Support debt-raising, refinancing, working-capital facilities, guarantees, and other funding arrangements. Prepare information required for lender engagements, credit reviews, facility renewals, and financial due diligence. Monitor compliance with financing terms, covenants, repayment obligations, and related reporting requirements. Support fundraising initiatives and evaluate appropriate funding options for the Company’s growth plans. Support corporate finance activities, including business planning, fundraising, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction support. Partner with leadership to assess financial implications, risks, and expected returns for key business decisions. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes, particularly as they relate to cash, funding, investments, and strategic projects. Analyze financial performance, variances, market trends, and operational drivers, translating findings into practical management insight. Work closely with other functions to ensure forecasts are accurate, timely, and aligned with business plans. Contribute to the development of relevant management dashboards and financial reporting tools. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. ICAN/ACCA is required CFA, MBA will be an advantage. At least 6–8 years’ relevant experience: across treasury, corporate finance, investment analysis, financial planning and analysis, banking, investment banking, or consulting. Demonstrable experience: in cash-flow management, liquidity planning, investment appraisal, or capital raising activities. Strong financial modelling, valuation, forecasting, and analytical skills. Strong understanding of and exposure to ERP platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics, will be an advantage. Sound understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, debt structures, working capital, and financial controls. Enterprise-level strategic thinking.
