The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at maintaining accurate stock records to support smooth project operations. Min Qualification: HND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Open the store, conduct a morning stock count, and compare against the previous day’s records to identify any discrepancies overnight Receive incoming materials and equipment, verify quantities and condition against delivery notes and purchase orders, and update the inventory system immediately Process material requisitions from site supervisors and contractors, record all items issued against the relevant project and activity, and obtain sign-off before releasing any stock Carry out periodic spot checks and full stock counts across storage areas to ensure physical stock matches recorded figures Update the daily inventory log, flag low-stock items to the Construction Manager, and raise purchase requests for materials that need replenishment Secure the store, reconcile the day’s transactions, and prepare the next day’s expected deliveries and material requirements: list Prepare a weekly inventory summary report covering stock levels, consumption rates, variances, and any items pending delivery or investigation Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules, investigate and document stock variances, and support the QS team with materials data for cost reporting Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials, tools, and equipment against purchase orders and delivery notes Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records across all CTL Atlantis project sites using the designated tracking system Process and document all material issuances to site teams and contractors, ensuring proper authorization before release Conduct regular stock counts and spot checks to verify that physical inventory matches recorded figures Identify and investigate stock discrepancies, shortages, or damages promptly and report findings to the Construction Manager Monitor stock levels and raise timely purchase requests to avoid material shortages that could delay project activities Coordinate with suppliers and procurement on delivery schedules, ensuring materials arrive as and when required on site Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment at all times Support the Quantity Surveyor with accurate materials consumption data for cost tracking and reporting Ensure that all inventory documentation — delivery notes, issue slips, stock count sheets is filed accurately and is easily retrievable Requirements: Minimum of an HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of experience: in an inventory, stores, or materials management role, with experience: on a construction or property development site, is a strong advantage Proficiency in inventory or stock management software;
